Balkhari Empire

The Balkhari Empire is one of several large global powers vying for land and establishing colonies on other continents. Their flag is a deep emerald green with a large white orchid in the center. In their culture the orchid is a symbol of grace, refinement, and perfection. Balkhari's Capitol lies within the old walled city centered in their Zalhar prefecture.

The Sal'Param Trading Company and the Balkhari Empire are almost one and the same with how involved the Company is in the politics and decision-making behind the Empire. Though the country of Balkhari has its own army and navy, it is only half in size of the private military held by the SPTC. The Company's growth has widened Balkhari's expansion as more orchids-in-green dot the globe.

Outpost Zœthl or Zed covers an area of roughly 100ft squared. Its sandstone walls are 8ft tall and about 1ft in depth with any damage repaired by broken down crates and barrels. Fenced wooden platforms acting as Watch Towers stand above 3 of the corners extending to a height of 15ft with crude ladders providing access.

The Barracks and Hospital are 12ft structures integrated into the walls while the Storehouses are a squat 6ft with floors sunken 2ft into the ground. The 40ft narrow metal Comms Tower is held up by 4 cables and has a transmitter at the top.

Dear Commander M'Keth,

We have received your urgent request for artillery and more reinforcements to defend Outpost Zed from the hostile natives. We regret to inform you that your request has been denied.

Due to the recent changes in the political and economic situation of the region, the Sal'Param Trading Company has decided to withdraw its operations and assets from the Northern Frontier. This decision was made after careful consideration of the costs and benefits of maintaining our presence in this volatile area. As a result, we are unable to provide you with the resources requested. You are advised to make the best use of the existing supplies and personnel at your disposal.

However, we have arranged for a small resupply of essential items to be sent to you by way of a SECO diesel land train. The train is expected to arrive at your location within the next two weeks. Please be on the lookout for it.

We appreciate your loyalty and dedication to the Sal'Param Trading Company, and we hope that you will be able to hold Outpost Zed until an evacuation order is issued.
